Originally from the Santa Cruz mountains and now residing in Soquel, California, I've been immersed in the world of commercial art since 1999. My art is a celebration of the natural beauty that surrounds me, particularly the landscapes of California. From the towering redwoods to the golden glow of a coastal sunset, I find endless inspiration in the colors and forms of the outdoors. Working primarily with acrylic and oil paints, I strive to capture the luminous essence of these landscapes, infusing each piece with a vivid palette and a sense of graceful movement.
Through my art, I aim to share the joy and wonder I experience in nature, inviting viewers to immerse themselves in my colorful interpretations and to find inspiration in the simple moments of beauty that abound in the world around us.
I currently have paintings at Artisans Gallery on Pacific Avenue in Santa Cruz. I also attend many local events a year. I post them or my blog page and on my Instagram & Facebook accounts.
